Any tips for making the cape and the top part of the cape with the design and the things that go around his ankles and waist? Friend is cosplay Xellos in 2008.

Hmm, I painted the red pattern on yellow fabric for the cape. And the stuff around the ankles and waist... I just used the same fabric as I did for the shirt, and made something like bands...
