Ee! I'm so sorry for the poor quality! My scanner has had it's 2 year run, and I think it finally died.... . So alas I couldn't scan my entry when I wanted to. This only left me to the only other option, my digital camera. I tried cleaning up the pick as best I could, so here you go. It's hard to tell, but she'd got freckles on her cheeks and shoulders. Anyway, here's the bio info to her character:

Occupation? : Ambassador from the Northern Territories

Personality? : Venus is more aware of things than she lets on to. She knows more about things that one in her occupation shouldn't involving pirating and black market scandals, and is very capable of willingly involving herself with such things if the pay is good enough, or if it is a means to keep certain individuals quite about how her family received it's wealth. However, around others of her class, wealth, and stature, she likes to portray herself as an image of polite, beautiful, and humbly intelligent.

Background? : Venus Grundoff came into wealth when her parents passed on and left their fortune to her when she was 16. Originally the family's wealth was achieved through her father's secretive life associating with explorers, pirates, and mercenaries, and for his notorious handle of black market sales. Venus disregards all of this as "accusations" as a means to cover up her father's past and to protect her own position in wealth. Unfortunately, her parent's deaths had left Venus with problems concerning the lowlife pirates and black market dealers as well as the upper class society nobles. From that point on Venus took over her father's secretive business because one can't just kick the life without consciousness, and also went on with the position of ambassador, which had been handed to her. Venus has her speculations that Slasher, or some other pirate hunter, had disposed of her parents because of her father's association to the pirates in general.

Because of her father's past, Venus has more than once done business and has been ransacked by Arcadian. A book of known relics had been stolen from her in one of the more recent robberies in which one of the pages featured minimal information of the Whispering Mirror, and inadvertently led Arcadian to rob Empress Jade of said relic. Since Venus had previously done business with Arcadian before, she never reported being robbed, and of the book for that matter.

Once the war in the North had broken out, Venus was advised by nobles to leave her home and wait out the war. The plan was to take claims of her land and money once the war was died down. So she went out of her way to take refuge at Sevi, and possibly strike in a good word for herself with the Empress.
