I don't know what such a surgery may have felt like for you, but it definitely made my skin crawl and the hair on my back stand! Scars, cutting, and needle injections make me wince. 
Nevertheless, it takes nothing away from your beauty. You still look as beautiful as you always have, so do your breasts and the scars that adorn them.
