"Trudy's cousin" is an otherwise unnamed Animaniacs character who appeared in one Minerva Mink episode. Trudy is a friend of Minerva's, if you need the context. She never made an appearance.
I don't think the guy is canonically an ermine, but his appearance was once reused in a Minerva comic, with some odd changes applied. In it, he's white and has a human owner he hunts minks for like he's a dog for some reason. Concerning the name, "Judy Thang", there is a reason for it, but that piece of trivia is less interesting.

The left image is a redraw of a 6 year old drawing I never finished or uploaded. Trying hard to stay motivated to do the rest of Minerva's canon love interests, I still have 5 to go at this point. Why is this woman so horny.
