Anny and Tee Kanker dating for the first time, after he has bothered her for many years. She hoped he'd shut up if she agreed.

They are together alot, though Eddy doesn't really appear to be pleased with Lee's presence, because he always has work to do. But Lee simply never leaves and thus gets involved with his life.
No, they build up a genuine relationship before anything big happens, so in this case they actually marry before one ends up pregnant. And both ladies make sure they are protected. Nothing is worse than making it seem like you only marry someone because they are pregnant.

Since may kinda got over Ed and then he found out she was his favorite monster actor and fell for her, how did may open back up to him?

Getting May to become interested in him again took a while, but they still get together before Edd and Marie do. The studio Ed works at hires the expensive May a few times, which gives him the chance to build up a proper relationship with her, as they are forced to work together, and eventually May is convinced that Ed does have a personality besides running away from her and yelling "germs".
While May was annoyed by Ed's sudden burst of interest in her, just because she happened to be his idol, Ed was honest enough to say he never found her interesting before and didn't know they were pretty much the same. She respected that.
Edd and Marie marry not too long after their first official day of togetherness. He took the longest to even want to go out on a date with her, but they still saw each other every day for at least every following day of their lifes, so it's not like they were strangers like May and Ed ended up being.
But well, both couples also marry before any children were born.

Poor may, but eventually they got together and that's good. I was super curious about how those two would end up together after learning about may getting over him and him suddenly falling for her since he realized that she was his idol, okay, so if may gets paid a lot and Marie makes more, are they able afford to have someone take care of their mother while they're busy with their own kids or does mama Kanker stay over on occasion ( which makes me think of your dinner with mama Kanker comic, the kids must get a kick outta Grandma Bebe)
As for edd and Marie, was that because Marie stayed with him at his House or something?

Depending on how others would write the characters, I wouldn't be surprised or disappointed if Ed or Eddy had such an accident. But I'd rather have a good possible story than a clichéd possible story.
May travels alot and has a place of her own, and as much as she earns, she needs it and keeps it for herself. It's like she wants to prove herself, so she kindly distantiates herself from her family. She sometimes visits or calls, but nobody feels offended, since they're always happy to see each other.
Marie, on the other hand, is the one who fully supports her mother and Lee financially, but always hands over an amount that makes her look anything but suspicious, since Lee has shown interest in her unknown "job". Lee still lives at home and takes care of their often ill mother, but doesn't have a job herself.
Marie breaks into his home and lies herself down on his bed at special occasions, but Edd didn't want to accept that as a base for their relationship. So he just screamed like a little girl and told her to please gtfo. After their first date they end up going to his house and erase those last doubts why they should be together, but I feel like I've already told you this story.

Buying guns for her army, buying knifes for herself, the rest she kept safe. She sometimes shows her face to make it appear to Lee and her mother she still lives with them, but she has her own place built in her hideout/club/criminal party house. She mainly needs to stay hidden.
