I hate to start a debate with someone on another person's page, but this is not piracy. I don't think you understand what piracy is. This isn't even theft. Memes are spread out all over the internet by everyone. They're shared and downloaded and expressed by thousands of people who find them funny. You know why? Because that's the point. The person who writes a meme, which in of itself is not original in the first place, does it to share it with people. They aren't doing it for money. The people sharing it aren't doing it for money. They're doing it for laughs or to say something sweet.
There's no money or copy rights involved in this. It's not piracy. This person isn't even claiming that it's theirs. Stop going to all of these pictures and commenting on how it's piracy when you don't even know what piracy is.
