I didn't change much of the original design (I did buy his original design after all), just made his coat a little darker and made a couple of minor changes to the mane and tail.
He also has a cutie mark now

Description-After surviving the nuclear apocalypse, Fallout suffers from chronic radiation syndrome. Due to this patches of skin on his body (particularly his legs and face) peel away and bleed nearly constantly. Though due to already suffering from radiation sickness, he is nearly immune to further exposure to radiation.

Ahhh ive done that. Played the hell out of Fallout 3 GOTYE, tried Fallout 2 and a bit of Fallout New Vegas.

I beat New Vegas a couple of times too, but it's not open-ended like Fallout 3 so I got a little bored with it.

Same, plus the group reputation feature and the hardcore mode are pretty cool.
I mostly play on the 360, but I've played a modded version on the PC too. Nothing special, just some texture mods, lighting effect mods, just little things like that

I played it on PC myself. But hey look up two mods. Personal Vertibird and the Realism Mod. The Vertibird one mekes it where you get a vertibird that acts as a mobile house, complete with storage, radio and bed. The realism mod changes damn near everything. Lets put it this way. Shot in the head? Dead. One bullet.

It is! Theres a short quest first but its a good mod! Its no Nexus. Theres a few mods where you can fly and even fire vertibirds and all its weapons. Im sure those are buggy as hell though.
