"As the summer warmth begins to slowly fade, the weather in turn becomes more unpredictable. Storms carrying much needed water dominate the skies; but too much of one thing is never good, even when it's water.

The large influx of water from the storms has created vast flooding: from the swollen rivers to powerful flash floods, no one is safe from the unrelenting waters!
