Description

Know as the ghost flame, Plasma release is a fusion of Fire and Lighting release chakra. It takes the appearance of blue flames, that give off a whitish glow, electrical discharges can be seen flowing throughout the flames. Though plasma chakra will cause solid mater with in a few feet of it to spontaneously combust and any source of water to instantly boil, it is said to feel ice cold to the touch, like it is sapping the heat out of you. This kekkei genkai extremely difficult and dangerous to master.
