I woulda chosen Dreadnaught. It sounds like a more "natural" codename, while still referenceing the component characters.

It doesn't, really.Β I just thought that it sounded a lot better than the mashup "Doomnaut."Β And Dreadnought is an actual word, suitable for such a character.
