Well, this piece is visually appealing to an extent, but the blotchy coloring and color bleed through on some of the lines leaves some to be desired.
The originality of this piece is debatable. You have claimed these types of characters to be among three things. Chao, Eevee, and now 'Faris.' There is almost no visual differentiation between the three types, which is extremely lacking in originality.
The technique and skill used in this piece looks fine at first, but upon closer observance, it becomes obvious that very amateur techniques are used, based on the appearance of some of the effects used in the imaging of the character.
As for impact, I can not say there is much at all. This seems to be nothing more than a Chaoeeveefari in an idle pose with no defining expression of emotion.

Actually, all of her Chao were converted into "Fari" to avoid copyright issues, and Shiny is the only Eevee, which isn't a creature she created

You should convert your name as to not include Jirachi.
Not because it makes you look like a fool, but because Jirachi is copyrighted. You know how it is...

The Vision is very bright and colorful.The coloring of the drawing is very pretty and suits the topic of the picture.The bows on your character are very lovely.The Originality is shining like a star in the night sky.The Technique is incredible!The colors of the background blend perfectly with the character and the mood.And the Impact shows a very beautiful combination of colors and brightness.Lucily for you,you have a talent that shows everyone how good you draw.Over all,I have to say this is a 5 out of 5 stars.Perfect originality,perfect impact,perfect technique,and perfect vision.Those are what I have to say about this lovely piece of art!Good job,Shiny!

This picture is so freaking adowabwle. It's very cute! And, I love the water-color splotch effect to it(I'm pretty sure it's either watercolor or airbrush mixed in with some subtle lines)! It truly gives this piece its charm! I also really like how you bordered the pokemon with white to make it stand out. Water-colors can be hard to make the main focus on the picture pop, so it's common to see it used in landscapes, but it fits quite nicely into this picture! I would like to see a bit more darker shadow area. Also, I can't really tell where exactly the light is coming from. I see the shaded area on the ruffled collar, but other parts of the pokemon say the shadow isn't coming from the left, but the right. But, overall, I love this picture and the technique used in it! Lovely job!

Not that I'm going against it or anything, in fact I'd be all for it! But Shiny's species was changed into a fennec fox a couple years back, so wouldn't it be kind of contradicting to the whole original deal? Unless she just has alternate designs to be drawn in considering she's a mascot. :0
