Though, with how much attention Celestia paid to her sister in the past.. can't say I'm surprised she forgot to, you know, let her know that times had changed after that long... By a considerable amount. I mean, was the thought process "Surely she'll learn how to deal with society if I let her traumatize foals on a night dedicated to being afraid of Nightmare Moon!
