She is very beautiful love the pale ashen quality to her skin-- lovely purples in the shadows too. It's nice mix of whites, purples and blues. Very icy! Very nice with the cool dull gold on her, if it was any bright it would be too much-- it's just perfect!
As for critiques... All I can seen is her left eye is smaller then her right, both 'sizes' look good on her face, can't say if one is too small or too big but it would look better if they match more. Also the white parts/light seems a little too bright. If it was toned down a little on the left-- a little more grey mixed in it might not compete as much with your main subject.
