Team D: “Dud”
Name: Pauline Rouix
Alias: Dash
Age: 27
Occupation: Cyber Operative

Pauline’s main occupation involves anything computer related, mainly hacking and decrypting.

Little Pauline took interest in computers when she was a teen, she was usually shoved apart from the other kids and as a result she was left alone to type her grieves away on a keyboard, eventually she wanted to know what made computers and programs tick and eventually she became good at disassembling computers in and out. She knew her skills would get her far so she aimed high and landed with the government…
However, Pauline always had a bit of an ego problem, this problem would eventually bite her in the ass. While the exact details are not known it seems an argument she had about leadership during a secret operation caused a massive slip up and as a result was demoted to the FBSI.
Dash can be described as an old man stuck in the body of a young woman. She’s cranky, out of touch and sometimes mean, this comes from her ego problem. She has a superiority complex which causes her to see herself as a big sister taking care of her annoying little sisters. This problem can also make it hard for her to follow orders or leadership, always prioritizing her own ideas and plans.
Some of these issues are amplified by the fact that her line of work involves sitting in front of a laptop or computer for hours on end, thanks to this and poor physical activity made her develop some problems like insomnia and a flat butt. She can be pretty grumpy thanks to all of that. She’s not all bad however, she has a great work ethic and is willing to finish anything she sets her mind to, she’s incredibly resilient and clever with an eye for details so it’s difficult to sneak something past her.
Despite seeing her co-workers as inferior… She still has a bit of respect for them due to their accomplishments even if she barely shows it.

Relationships with the crew:
Darling: Dash and Darling really don’t see eye to eye. While Darling likes Dash the same can’t be said for the other, Dash finds Darling to be incredibly irritating and annoying, she also finds her to be incredibly incompetent in her line of work, she also finds the fact that Darling is likes to be a follower and does orders to a t really off putting. Dash occasionally calls her an “idiot savant”. She appreciates the little help she can provide, however… Thanks to Darling’s incompetence the spread of counterintelligence is much much easier
Duster: Dash sees her as pretty much her only true “friend” Duster is the person Dash goes to if she needs advice or needs to vent. Even though Duster never says a word and makes annoyed faces at Dash… Dash appreciates the company regardless. Dash is known for expressing every emotion she feels to Duster which results in her crying sometimes to the ex-green beret, at the end Dash always thanks Duster for her time while Duster just grimaces.
Deacon: Dash finds Deacon to be a total creep and most of the things that she hated about her old job, she was never a fan of the big shady boss. As a result Dash usually rebels against Deacon’s orders or tries to rebel against her. Sometimes Deacon tries to bond with her but Dash pushes her away out of principle.
Doc: The second person in the squad Dash respects the most, appreciating Doc’s wisdom and experience, she finds Doc’s juvenile humor pretty annoying and the fact Doc sometimes takes leadership also causes Dash to butt heads with her, they have a decent relationship but Dash is still sometimes mean to her
Daisy/Bailey: Bitter Rivals, since Dash wanted to be in charge of intelligence gathering but was proven to lack the people skills or even knowledge of pop culture. Dash will take every opportunity she has to show off in front of Bailey, she really likes to be a show off, she also sees Bailey as immature and too relaxed with her job which frustrates her.
Dip: Dash is mostly indifferent towards Dip but she believes he shouldn’t even be around them since his presence could be a nuisance when it comes to keeping their works secretive, however he does give her tasty coffee and even if it makes her insomnia problems worse she enjoys it. But even then she treats him in a similar manner to Darling, she sees him as a sheep that doesn’t know any better and that he should even be around them, however… From time to time she flirts with him to bother Bailey but her advancements don’t work, whether it’s because Dip sees past through them or is too oblivious to notice is unknown and Bailey finds Dash’s flirtation incredibly petty and amusing.

Fun Facts:

-She's incredibly out of touch with internet culture, she still things lolcats are popular
-Her laptop has a lot of stickers, mainly national monuments like the Statue of Liberty and Hoover Dam. She dreams of travelling around the US and visiting every interesting place her country has to offer.
-She has severe arachnophobia
-Has pretty bad posture
-She's fascinated by lucid dreaming and usually tries to lucid dream but fails miserably.
-she was part of a competitive Counter Strike team, they won several tournaments and while she finds videogames amusing she thinks they are mostly a waste of time.
-Her weapon of choice is the Glock 19M, the quintessential government firearm for her.
-She's super selective about brands. If you bring up Lenovo to her she'll scream at you.
