Wash and Zoe from "Firefly." I kind of love them a lot. Zoe's too tall, but I didn't have enough green to make Wash taller and I didn't want to cut her down any, so. He's just short. And cute.Her hair was a bitch as was drawing his Hawaiian print shirt. XD If I ever make another Wash, I think I'll do a happier face than that. But, eeee, they're still so cute. I love looking at them sitting on my shelf next to Vila and Avon.

Oh wow. Yeah I bet Zoe's hair was difficult! But it looks really good. They're both super distinctive and cute and pretty much perfect. And yes, Wash's tininess = just more cuteness.

Did you just lay the shirt out flat, and draw the designs on there, then put it on him?

Mmmm, no. You can't draw on the unbaked clay (the pen pushes in too much), so I built the shirt on him, baked him and then drew the design on after he had cooled down.

It is tricky, especially in the folds, etc. but not that hard. NOT LIKE DRAWING ON CANVAS SHOES.
