ok not to be rude or anything but there are quite some vector errors in this one and there is something off with the wings, eighter the neck line is off or the wings are too long down. there are many cusp nodes and some lines could be curved more (in the hair lines) else it is a good picture :3

Actually it's all in perfect anatomical placement! The wings can't be placed towards the centre of the spine otherwise back movement would be impaired. Also the wings actually are there.

it just looks odd for me somehow.... how about making the wing line go a bit longer in than the back line? if you get my drift :3
