very nicely done. your coloring work is superb, with a few exceptions. the light grey jumpsuit is a little too cautiously modeled; it feels a little displaced in lighting to the dramatic lighting of the dark jacket and armor. nothing too big or troubling, and I'm not one to talk when it comes to doing digital coloring. awesome job, keep it up.

Yeah, I get that a lot. xD
But they give off the same essence from their poses (gun to the side). Since Tachibana is a spy with black/blue scheme, with the same hair side bangs, and I just finished cosplaying her, she's kind of stuck in my head.

It looked great inked, and it looks even better colored up! The background lights are really effective, and you've done brilliant work on her costuming- the fabric folds are convincing. I especially like how you've incorporated the green glow from the buildings behind onto the way you've lit Motoko.
