It is quite extreme in that sense.
I like the way you have portrayed the concept to us and how it feels as if the person is given an ultimatum... the 'all or nothing' part, I mean. I like the further explanation with the second line and how there is a bluntness to it all, as if there cannot possibly be a diversion of path, or something different but this.
Thought-provoking, I have to say.

i can agree my OCD is getting worse. I am getting two chest of drawers that match so i can put shorts and bottoms in one and tops in the other. then they are going to be in length size, colours, plains and patterns.
you should see my kitchen...
and the filing cupboard....
and the linen cupboard...
and my wardrobe....
and i am getting TWO matching doll houses made so that it doesnt look odd.
No i dont suffer from OCD at all....
But i must go and clean the entire floor just because of that one spot of dirt....
