Description
This is my best pass at drawing a picture of one of my main characters in a semi-ongoing forum RP. Some of my other drawings of characters such as Mortimer Finch and Charles Guthrie are also from this universe. This particular character is Casper Bashir, captain of the Archangel. He supposed to have implied Indian lineage, but it's not Earth so that doesn't exactly matter. I really put that element in there as an homage to Captain Nemo. He's supposed to be 42, but I'm not sure how well I was able to capture his age.

The background is meant to be a sea of clouds seen from high altitude out an airship's window.

This was another experimentation with what is evolving as my style, though not the most recent. I did this one about six months ago and never uploaded it. Several of my Star Wars ones have come after this one, and I think in some regards show a more evolved stage of my style. I've drifted more toward color for my Star Wars work, while my style originally evolved out of sort of an ink brush approach. The black and white works, like this one, stay more true to that origin.

Honestly, I think he came out looking a little like Marco from Sealab 2021.
