I like this. The contrast between the softness of her face and hair compared to the hard edge of her jacket really makes the painting pop. I also like the limited color palette you used. Good job!

Hair is very difficult to do with vector. I like the individual shapes with the varying opacity, and what was done well with it was that you remembered that hair reads as a singular object with striated details.
The contrast of her soft-shaded face is extremely striking against the flat stripes in her clothing. That was what first attracted my eye.

Her eyes are especially captivating to me. Interesting that you went with a plain black background. But it works well in this piece.
Do you do full body Vector/Vexels?

The plain black is so as not to take focus from anything else, plus putting anything in the background may have minimized the 'effect' of the stripes, which may have taken as long to do as the rest of the vector put together
