Uuurgh, got late again, sorry. I had a full weekend this time and couldn't make todays Jazztale-Comic till a few hours ago
I literally had only todays eve to draw this whole thingy. So pardon the little delay once again

I kept in mind that there actually is no shelter or dais for the case that we get a weather like this (what actually isn't that unusual in Jazzvale), which is pretty much to the disadvantage of Lusty or other banned who are sitting around outside......ah welp it mainly is Lust.
One thing for sure: Although Lusty really is a troublemaker, Papyrus would never idle watch how a Sans is out there in the rain freezing and getting sick.

Although Lusty is at the bar quite often, this is his first time it started rain during his stay.
Sky is pissing enough cats and dogs for even Rus heading inside now.
Rus actually is quite an old guest and showed up on Coopys door quite early in the bars history. That is why his body is resistant against the rain.
The Fandom handles Lust only superficial quite often. A thing I found quite sad since Underlust - despite the AUs Rule 34-theme - actually owns a few very deep and sad (and promising) storys (like the Asriels faith in this version, the whole Papyton-Plot and Lustys depression about his AU), thus I wanted to give that one a bit more credit.
At least Lusty has a bit of chance now to clean his reputation.
