As Imp stated a few comic-descriptions ago, according to the way they differ between Fells, Tales and Odds, Geno actually ends up as a Fell that once was a Tale. Thus Shadow sees him as a long rotten timeline. I think Inky was specific enough about that topic
The part of the bar, Shadow just blew away together with the window was actually the part where the now empty Edgy-Table stood. He blindly fired in that direction.
Jazztales weather can effect a monsters health in an unpleasent way if they aren't used to it. Which is why the Papy has his scarf and Sans his hoody on the head. Geno on the other hand is one of those who stay permanently at the bar (since he has nowhere else to go anymore) Thus he is used to the rain and doesn't really care about protection from the rain.)
You can see Squirrel leaving the Bar making his third entry. Also some Edgy-Heads can be spottet at the Gazebo if you look closely
I feel kinda watched with that last panel lol

In order to gain the perfect atmosphere I recommend ye to listen to this in the background for the next few parts
