Description
Originally drawn as a pencil and crayon sketch, I scanned the image and spent several hours completely overlaying it on photoshop.

I used to religiously read Star Wars: The New Jedi order books as a teenager and have desperately wanted to illustrate some of the scenes and do them justice, chief amongst them was the Vongformed Coruscant.

Here, the Galactic Senate is being consumed by yorrik coral as Coruscant crumbles under the spreading alien jungle; the rainbow bridge hanging high and bright over the ruined ecumenopolis.
