Description
"Hey there, ho there, holy man,What you want with that sword in your hand?"
Obviously this is kind of a loose play on the legend of old Saint PΓ‘draig banishing him some snakes from Ireland.Β Very loose, barely touching... but related enough that I felt i'd finish it up and post it today.
I could say a lot about snakes and swords, monsters and men, pagans and christians, but I'm not learn-ed enough to wax for too long intelligibly. Just letting a picture kick a story for once. (Also, been too long since I've posted anything Bomango-monstrous.)

Reminds me of that one episode of Samurai Jack, where 2 water snakes came out to Jack along a coast and said that one of the heads had a portal to Haku, but he had to guess right and jump into of the serpents mouths. They both lied and he jumped out, cutting through both of the heads

Ahem.
THis is a REALLY interesting take on the mythology there; Gogo is a natural giant monster girl, and its utterly fantastic to see Didi getting in on the big awesome woman action 
I like to imagine that they became his allies or friends afterwards, regardless of myth occurances~
And I do love the idea of stuff like this happening in canon anyway; who's to say Gogo can't up and fuse with Didi for whatever reason? Or Didi become a giant robot woman. Because WHY NOT?

I like the little details you've added like the carvings in the wood. Is the particular rune that Gogo is holding significant? Ever thought about animating a little of Bomango? I think your drawing style would lend itself well to ze moving pictures. Reminds me a little of Wakfu :3 Anyhow, keep it coming!! : D
