So, this is dedicated to because she said I should draw some Riddler/Harley and it is therefore all her fault. I hope you like it.
It's the biggest piece I've done in a while, and now my eyes hurt.
Anyway, it's an old joke, but it seems to fit these two. I have no idea what they're playing, they're probably making the rules up as they go along, and breaking them just as fast.
However, like all the best card games, it involves alcohol, and removal of items of clothing.
And a Rubix cube... I got carried away with the props on the table. Yeah.
I'm actually pretty pleased with my TDK Harley- I'm not too good at drawing women, (which is a shame, since they make up about half the population) but she's all right. Annoyed at the stuff on the table though. Bah.

Thank you- yes, I reckon Harley has a liver of steel, and could probably drink most people under the table.

Oh, I don't know, it just seemed to fit. I did try to include the jester hat, but it looked a bit crap to be honest. However, plz note the red and black hair bands in the pigtails.
As for why they're called cigarettes, I'd ask Dr. Wikipedia, he always seems to know everything.
