Rinto is a GB of Rin, which would be a fanloid. Lenka is a GB of Len. Their designs are simple because I guess they were made for fun. You don't have to think hard, they aren't official, so it doesn't matter much. Everyone can make a design for them, their own interpretation, something like that Kurayoru did.
I also assume that people use these designs (Rinto with long pants and tie and Lenka with Miku's suit in yellow-black) because there were many people who drew them like that.
Although the design of Kurayoru also became popular, the one I mentioned before is the one that people take as "default."
