I finally coded one of the original designs for css I had. It is free for you to use, have fun.The only thing I ask is that you keep the tiny little credit at the bottom.
I know it's a left only journal which means it's not ideal but it looks pretty enough and I'll probably fix it one day.

I am having trouble with this CSS.
I want to use it and I downloaded and extracted the files with winRar, but only the top part of the journal will appear, like so: [link]
I double checked that the coding wasn't coppied incorrectly into my journal, but I don't know much about coding so I may be overlooking something.
It is a beautiful CSS and I hope to be a ble to use it soon.

Did you try putting a title and text in? Try copying the html into your journal text box and wrtie the whole journal, get back to me if that doesn't work.

well I can just directly copy/paste the block of text under where it says "Put this in your CSS section--->" into the CSS section, right?
(I have obviously never used a CSS before)

The instructions are quite simple, so I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Well, I coded the journal to work in Firefox. If there are some discrepancies between Firefox and IE I apologize. As it stands, What I see on your main page is fine. It's what it is supposed to look like. HOwever keep in mind that I am using firefox.

Problem solved.
I was originally viewing it in IE, but my friends who have Firefox said it looked fine to them. and so I just got Firefox, and now it looks great.

I'm sorry, I've just obtained a subscription and am experimenting with these free journals, but how do I use this file? It comes as .rar ?

You have to download winrar to extract the files. Winrar is free and easy to use. All you have to do is look it up on google. Sorry for the inconvenience. Enjoy
