- My adopts and design are for personal use only. For commercial use, please note me.

- You may resell for same price only, gift or trade my designs.

- No refunds shall be made for any given reason.

- You may adjust and/or edit the design to your liking, do not claim the art or design as yours.

- Please credit me where applicable. Yomire (DA) or Ringoleen (DA & TH)

- I accept PayPal only unless i state otherwise.

- if the payment have not been made in 24h, the adopt will be re-opened or resold to the next highest bid in the auction.

- Once the adopt is claimed, you will receive a transparent version and an unwatermarked version of the viewed image.

- Holds can only be made for set price adopts and ABed auctions. No exceptions.

- Holds will only be 3 days max.

- You're free to use the design and devolope the character however you please as long no profit is made.

- i reign full rights over my works and may use them for showcase in my gallery or as samples when needed (credits will be given to their respective owners).
