I don't know what brought this on. I know it's dark, but I like it like that. When it's on flash it looks lame. I only managed to get a few shots because I needed to do some work, so, when I can, I'll do a better one.I think, maybe to me, it's about leaving the bad memories behind and moving on. No one needs the shadow of their past haunting their thoughts.

Yes this photo is indeed dark but I actually like that as it gives this photo a very melancholy atmosphere. It adds to the desolation of the past.
I love the colours in this, especially I love the dark maroon and the way it contrasts so well with the black and white keys of the piano. I can't seem to get over how beautiful the rose ? is.
I also love the way the piano keys descend into the darkness...
Great photo and brilliant capture and love the angle. You're right about the darkness, its a good thing you didn't use flash, it makes the photos come out a little too bright, lol.

I really love this. It reminds me of my black and white birthday party with bright red roses on the tables. The black and the white keys contrasting against the rose is beautiful and I just LOVE how the keys seem to fade and darken out into space. The rose almost seems purple, very captivating.

It's great, what you said was very true, but this also shows how hard that can be as well. You have captured alot here, even though the picture wasn't "originall" it does display alot of emotion and though. Your right everyone does interpret art differently and if someone can't see that this reflects you, then theres not much point taking what they want to heart. Not everyone can come up with completely original ideas. I love it. It means alot to me.

If you think about it, it's the same as saying too many flowers, too many gothic girls, too many cliche poses, too much fake blood etcetc. If you are taking it to copy someone, then that isn't original. I had this idea when I was sitting in my room, thinking things over, and my eye caught the keyboard so I thought..hmm....and I came up with the idea. If you take it to reflect your mood, reflect your feelings and capture that moment in time, that's the most orignal thing. It's your art, your photographs, and it's your thoughts and no one can take that from you.
