For 100 Themes: Introduction!

Well here it is, my brand spanking new reference sheet for Saint! I changed the color of the tips of her ears and tail, made her entire belly white with no markings, and changed the rest of her markings a little bit all around. You may view her back view here: [link]

I opted not to draw her wings here for space reasons.

Her title is also different now, I mean she was only really HALF of a Reaper, but she’s all necromancer! Reapers aren’t an original concept now, I see them everywhere, but I’m hoping there are only a few furry necromancers out there.

So why the change?

It may seem egotistical, but I am afraid of my character designs getting stolen by little noobies with no imagination. I mean I’m paranoid, but am I paranoid enough? NEVER! They say that coping something or someone is the highest form of flattery, but I just think it’s an easy excuse not to think of your own ideas. (I’m talking to you art/character thieves.)

Plus it was time for a change. Saint has evolved over the years I’ve made her, but I think this time I’ve reached the pinnacle with her.

And what is necromancy, you ask? Well dictionary.com describes it as follows:

1. a method of divination through alleged communication with the dead; black art.
2. magic in general, esp. that practiced by a witch or sorcerer; sorcery; witchcraft; conjuration.

That sounds about right!

I’m scraping all the other references I’ve done for her.
