Sometimes people seem to take up too much of the Earth's space. What with their giant buildings, and endless roads, and thousands of people. It can be just too much at times. And then Phoebe comes around and starts having a little fun. And what's her idea of fun? Why, it's shrinking down the very modern empires we've built. All mere play things to her. And once she's finished shrinking your city... who knows what else might happen.

Here we have a fully rendered and shaded commission made once again by , who wished to see his adorable rabbit witch, Phoebe, shrinking another city. And judging by her reaction, and his, I think I did a stellar job creating what he wanted ^^
