Description
'Sherlock - Angels and Demons'
“O, what man may within him hide,
Though angel on the outward side”
Quote by Shakespeare.
I had a vision. This wasn't it. But I am still pleased with the end result.
In my mind Sherlock thinks of Moriarty as temptation. It's what he could become. Hence the apple.
I also needed something for Johns side of the drawing so I thought: 'what would John be to Sherlock?' and all I could think of was 'home'. It's where he belongs. Hence the 221b door.
Coincidentally: this is THE best apple I've ever drawn!....I don't draw apples much.
