look! it's another one! XDDisney's website just released a new sneak peek. there was this one scene where rapunzel have Flynn tied up in a chair and she was holding up the frying pan like it's a knife or something XD
For shame i don't know how to do detailed background...so meh.

I love this whole interogation scene XD Nice job. I love the look of "hey easy with that thing, let me explain" On Flynn's face. XD And you did an especially good job on Rapunzel. She looks just like in the movie. Not quite Flynn, though, because honestly, you didn't get his nose right. (seriously.)

Not only is Rapunzel the first princess to do "bondage", but she uses that frying pan as a weapon, so she stands out in the disney princess group as someone who can kick some ass.

but the sad thing is, once she's been officially added to the princess line, all disney would make her look like is a petty princess, all girly and smiling. her greatest assets would totally be forgotten

Not really, because those who will get acuainted with her later on would want to watch her movie, and they'll see that she's more than she seems. It's the same with the other girls: Belle loves to read and doesn't fit in, Tiana is determined, Jasmine wanted to marry for love, Ariel made the mistake of going to Ursula for help (showing that we all make mistakes), Cinderella was acknowledged for holding out despite the odds, Snow White was unpredjudiced, and Aurora made do with what she had, even though she didn't get to meet alot until Philip came around.
and etc.
So, I agree that they seem more girly now, but in their films, there was more than meets the eye.

That sounds like a song fit for a disney princess movie. not a shrek movie.
I think it's Disney's marketing that makes everyone think this is some kind of a dreamworks rip-off. What not many people know, that this is a fairytale movie, with songs and everything (yeah, it's a musical)

It IS a Disney movie, but at the same time it doesnΒ΄t look like the normal Disney style, I mean, if you compare how this movie looks with the last Disney movies, it looks kinda changed, I donΒ΄t mean the story, but the characters and their interactions, they look not-Disney to me D:
Of course, I still have to see the complete movie lol but the trailer left me with that impression...
but Disney is Disney, I will always love them xDD
