So this was made for DjtheSdotcom, a pretty good remixer and a good friend of mine. It was to be used for his remix cross-over of Touhou and Mario music. The end result was a good song~ One of my favorites. I've had for the longest time had the previous version of this picture here, but I had updated it a LONG time ago...I just forgot to update it haha. So this is the updated version...Way better honestly.I even was able to put the Chibi Mikos in this one~ Idk, I think this picture is just nice haha.

I don't think Suwako can be a boss.
She just spying on Sanae because she will worry that Sanae will get hurt or something.
Suwako doesn't want to get caught by Sanae, though.
If Suwako gets caught by Sanae, she will think that Suwako is just spying on her just to make sure she doesn't get hurt.

For this cross-over? Ive written out which characters are which for the Dream Team pic Im working on. But the Shroobs could likely be...Zombie Fairys I guess...Id have to give it a deep thought actually.

I think the lunarians would work since they are the only aliens in Touhou.
But that would mean that the final boss will be Yorihime.

I thought the same. But I kinda wanted to use them as the Pi'illo people in Dream Team, because they revolve around the moon, the moon being at night, which in turn also relates to sleep, and also being rabbits, most of em, so...yeah~

Only Dreambert looked like a rabbit. The others had a pillow shaped head.
And I think fairies would work better as the Pi'illo.

Haha geez man. Nitpicking my choices and stuff haha. But I suppose they would work better. Well I thought the Lunarians being moon people and being related to the night worked. So eh. Preference like I said. By all means, people can think of better choices. I encourage them to do so. Fun stuff is made as a result.

And Remilia would work as Antasma, since they're both vampires.

I made Remilia, Antasma yeah. Thought it was appropriate. I think the reason I didnt make the Fairys the Pi-ilo's is because I think i made the fairys the BeanBean Kingdom people. Like Big Massif is Cirno, cause of, IM STRONG, connection, and thought the fairys could be the rest of them too. Regardless, exceptions and what not. Preference.

Maybe you could have different types of fairies to have different roles: like having the regular or forest/lake fairies as the Beanishes. While the zombie fairies could be a kind a replacement for the dry bones. And Yuuka's sunflower fairies could be the Pi'illo's.

At that point it sounds a bit excessive. In the end, they are just NPCs for the most part so it isnt that important. I feel like the bunnys just fit overall.

Hey! I know: the Moon Rabbits could be, with the Lunarians, part of the Lunar Capital, which fills the role of the Shroobs. While the Earth Rabbits are the Pi'illo's, with Tewi as Dreambert.

Oh man. That is actually a very good idea. Hmm...Very good. I think I'll have to use this idea. Well despite the endless struggle of this conversation it led to a good idea haha. Hmm. Well if I grow eager Id want to make a short video of these cross-overs. Though since you helped with this idea, Imma has to credit. Has to be done.

And also, what will make the Lunarians work as the Shroobs is that they also have two Princess Sisters. The only difference is that, here, the Elder Princess will be fought first.

Ehm.......I will likely keep her as Nue honestly. Despite the flaws in the choice, but in the end it doesnt really matter. Maybe I'll make a small little video where I use DjTheS's song in a mini battle animation of sorts. As tribute I guess.

Well keep in mind, when making cross-overs, not everything can be made exact exact. Sometimes the artist likes to make things their way. Eh, it isnt really a big deal. In the end it comes down to if I can make it work or not. Though I agree with most of your points, I just feel like I could keep it the way I made it so.

Nue has nothing like Fawful.
While on the other hand, I won't be surprised to see Seija say something along the lines of "I have fury." or "I have chortles.".
And besides, if you have Nue as Fawful, then you'd have a completely out of character Byakuren as Cackletta. Which won't work well at all.

It doesnt matter >_>. This is all for fun. If things dont always fit 100% then that's fine. The only reason Im keeping it the same is to go with my friends song. And Byakuren doesnt need to be Cackletta. I never said she would be Cackletta. Regardless, this is all for fun. It's fun to think about. You probably have better choices then me, but come on man. It's for fun. In the end I will make content for fun regarding this fun idea. So let's leave it at that.

Well at least Reimu and Sanae have a justified reason for being Mario and Luigi other than DJtheS.
Hey! You could have two characters as Fawful: Seija AND Nue: Seija will fill the role for Supermiko Saga, and she AND Nue will do it in Nue's Inside Story: Seija would have tricked Nue into being her ally in all that and Seija would fall in as in the first Fawful battle (the one before he gets eaten by Dark Bowser), leaving Nue to hold on the Dark Star Core.

Things arent set and stone yet anyway. I can always change things however I want it to be. The cross-over doesnt have to be exactly the same. I appreciate your ideas and concepts though. Some things you've said work better then what I thought, but either way, it doesnt matter in the end. Fun is fun. The Darkstar is still present in the picture I made, so that's like whatevers. I could make it Rumia, but eh.

Well there's Dark Fawful and regular Fawful. So of course it does. Look man, we each have our own ideas and what we can do with them. In the end as long as a "good" piece of art comes out of it, it doesnt matter in the end. Better then making a crappy cross over where things dont make sense the full way through. Like making Kisume Mario, and Yuugi Luigi, or Patchouli Bowser, ect. So yeah.

In Super Marisa World, Suika was the final boss with a Bowser costume.
And the two of them are so similar: they have horns, they have super strength, they breathe fire and they even go giant.
