SO! This is what the call a photoshop doodle eh? So here it is...my very first photoshop doodle. Fanart for the novel "Fire Bringer", just a quick drawing of the villian, Sgorr. One eye is blind and I can't remember which offhand. Anyone know? If I have it wrong, I will just flip the image. :3Related content

Very cool! Fire Bringer's one of my favorite books of all time. I always had trouble picturing Sgorr, thanks for bringing him to life for me!

Why have you turned him into a muntjac deer? He is a red deer his teeth should not be like that. they should be a exagerrated row of front teeth to make up for his antlers never growing otherwise I love this take on the character.

WOW thats exactly how I imagined Sgorr. And the fangs are wesome. I wouldn't have guessed that was phtoshopped. I thought it was a waterpainted picture. That gets two thumbs up from me!

I loved that book! Ive read it over 60 times!! XD... Sgorr is my favorite! The eye with the scar on it (the one he "lost to a wolf") it doesnt say in the book...

Its perfect!!! I loved that book! Im reading The Sight right now. Haha i thought it was cool cuz in it they mentioned the tale of a red deer in another land named Rannoch. It was funny. And he still calls all animals Lera and deer Herla. Its hella cool.... i love it. Sorry...imma book geek

The religion bit killed it for me. That and the fact that there is no mystery to the prophecy. Blegh. I gave the book several chances, I still can't make it through.

Hah! He looks pissed. That's amazing, really. Just finished reading that book. It's a great read, as is The Sight...(although admittedly I'm a bit more attached to the latter as I love wolves more than deer.)

I cannot get through the Sight, which is a shame because I love wolves as well! It seems so over the top ridiculous and the religious allegories are so painfully obvious, and the prechecies are so in your face. There are few books that I cannot read all teh way through, and The Sight is one of them.
I am glad others enjoyed it, though! I truely wish I could, too.

I just recently did a pic of Sgorr myself and had the devil of a time finding out which eye it was, but it does say -- must be only once in the whole book. It's his left.

I don't think it says which eye is his croocked one, just that he has one good and one bad eye. Might have to re-read it sometime later just to be sure. ^.^
