A sketch for growltiger growltiger! Really happy with how this came out, so of course critiques! I would love some critiques since I may take this further and do a colored piece very similar to this.Sketched in Painter based on a photo by [link]

The rendering and anatomy look very accomplished. The only thing I would critique at this point is that the figure itself looks like it is off-balance. Its slight, but I've been trained to notice it because it is one of the things I struggle most with. Perhaps if there were a ground plane or something drawn in that the tiger is standing on, it would be more clear, but in this white background one must assume that the horizon is parallel to the bottom edge of the paper. And he doesn't look like he is standing in a balanced way with reference to that lower edge of the image.
I'm excited to see you paint a finished work of a tiger if indeed that comes to pass.

Really beautiful sketch, very nice sense of values and anatomy. I do agree with the previous comments about it looking a bit off balance though, but also the fore-paws are creating a tangent right now. I think either overlapping them more or spreading them out would help with composition of the pose

Agree with the imbalance. The face or eyes in particular are not balanced and the lean of that neck is unnatural. Also I do not know what the paws are doing and if they are kneading the ground or if the are on an uneven rock. The back legs look good and the details and fur look fine.

I love this! The anatomy is good and the detail is great! The only thing I see wrong with this is he seems a bit off-balance towards the front, maybe because his paws are so close together with his head being so far to the right?

I don't know crap about tiger anatomy, but it looks really good. Maybe I'd change its right front paw; it looks awkward.

That's a rather lovely sketch ^^
I can't help but feel that he's a little off-balance, maybe tilt his head up a little bit? He also seems to have just that little bit too much neck at the top, which again makes him look a little off. 
I would love to see this painted!

Thank you so much! The neck and head are about the only thing I really changed from the photo, so that's why it looks off. Anatomy fail!
