I got the idea for this picture weeks ago, and I'm pleased to finally have something to show off! I tried adding a watermark and aside from VERY minor details, I think this picture looks pretty good. Also spent like an hour experimenting with the export options in Illustrator; creating a high resolution .png results in a gigantic file, so to keep things simple I did a standard resolution. And to be honest I couldn't tell a difference in quality unless I zoomed in really close, but if anyone wants a larger, more detailed picture I can upload that upon request.

This picture is inspired by "Someone Like Me" by Aviators (link below), a song that is based on Fluttershy's struggles with her shy and timid nature, and how it makes her feel different and isolated. It's a struggle I personally know all too well. There have been plenty of instances where I felt like the odd one out, or like my lack of confidence held me back. There's nothing wrong with being introverted, and I do enjoy being alone most of the time, but even introverts get lonely from time to time... And when that happens is when I begin to ponder what my shyness has cost me over the years...

Now all that being said, I don't want to come across that I'm some depressed mess over here. On the contrary, I'm alright overall. Yes, this song did trigger some introspective analysis, but it also reminded me that there's nothing wrong with being shy, and that I'm not the only one out there who faces these challenges or shares similar feelings. It's just easy to forget that since I've yet to meet someone like me.
