Hello, below is a quick psd draw over, as there are some proportion issues. Also quickly added some shadow on the eye to make them appear rounder based on the eyelash length. Hope it helps.

Ah, gosh darn it, you are right. I knew something was a bit off but I couldn't put my finger on it. I'll make some slight changes, thanks! : )
Also, this is my second time drawing anything resembling a human face or anatomy. Really gets my mind in a knot since there's so many details and subtle nuances.

Big eyes is a common thing, I do it quite a lot as well. Only way to remedy it is lots of drawing sadly and giving people funny looks on the street

Not many characters are made with a glass-eye these days, the scar tells the story promptly which is a good addition.
