MLP commission: lineart with cell coloring, with complex background for ~RazorTim of his mlp oc and SL avatar RazorTim

The title isn't the best, but it'll do. For the background, I went off of what I've seen in movies, and I know its not the most complex it could be, but it achieves what I planned for the commission, and works well with RazorTim and the coloring.
