The apocalyptic color scheme actually works really well setting a peaceful, lonesome mood. I just keep staring at all the component parts of this and thinking "wow..." and the composition is continuously leading my eye in big lazy circles. It's great. I like it.
The white of Applejack's eye looks weird when it's the same color as all this orange and red, though.

This picture is pretty much exactly what I pictured from one of the first scenes of the story Lost and Found written by Cloudy Skies. (Highly recommend that story by the way, one of the best ones out there in my opinion.) Awesome work on this! And +1 for the high resolution. Kind of sad when great art looses quality cause of low resolution.

Your scenery and ambiance is stunning! The lighting on AJ's eyes really captures my attention and the stars were a really nice touch too. This kinda reminds me of my 16k roadmarch when I was at basic training, boy was that an experience to remember.

Oh, my... your art is always wonderful *__* And big. I mean, it's a 5000x3600px image, it's huge! xD But very... beautiful. Really, I have no other words. Probably that's also because I'm Italian and I don't always speak in English so my language may not be precise, but whatever. It's just that... whenever I draw something, I want it to be both perfectly drawn and very, very emotional. I always lack in one of these two things, but you don't. This is perfectly drawn AND very emotional.
This goes straight in my favourites because if something as perfect as this doesn't go there, what else can?

This is a really great piece and very well done. I live in the southwest and this is kind of familiar to me. Watching the sunset over the plain. I really like it and think that it resonates extremely well with applejack. Great work!
