Uninformed stupid people call the Imperium evil. They don't know a thing about 40k's galaxy that forces humanity to be this way.

Care to be more specific when you say "non-human"?
Because when this galaxy includes:
The Dark Eldar: Space pirates who rape entire civilizations as a pass time.
The Eldar: A bunch of space elves that will let an entire planet of innocent people (both human and non-human) to save one of their own.
The Orks: A sentient race of fungi who literally want to fight everything and everyone until the whole galaxy burns.
Chaos: Literal, absolute, Chaos and Anarchy, on every scale.
The Tau: A race of extremist, religious, Communist who want everything in a rigid caste system and to worship their "Greater Good".
You have to be specific when trying to talk about "good non-humans".
Now, keep in mind I'm not saying you're wrong. I just don't want you to say they are straight up "evil". Because that isn't the case. They're just trying to survive. Normally, that would be considered an bad motivation to genocide a race...unless that race is actively attempting to kill you. Just like everything else in the galaxy.
The Warhammer 40k Galaxy is literally stacked against the Imperium to the point where it's comical. When literally *everything* is trying to kill you, you can't help but develop a need to exterminate everything. Especially when one alien race can destroy an entire planet.

The Tau are only good when they're far away, and the Eldar are sneaky pussies.
The forces of Chaos are really the only real threat to the Imperium seeing as how their armies are mostly human, notably traitor Space Marines and Guardsmen.
Greenskins are okay though.

Titan legions arnt an army, they are VERY heavy armor.
Guard have some intressting people. but their only streagh is their numbers.
