Since I've read the last volume of Akira I've wanted to draw this scene, as Tetsuo cried for help. I didn't really get what's going on with Tetsuo, what's happening to him, but I can totally feel all this emotion and stress.
Thats IMO the highlight of Akira. The ending just can't hold a candle to this scene... not at all.
Anyway. I tried to combine a pencil drawing with a comp sketch ... cause I'm more of a drawer than a painter...
