My first sketch of 2019! Literally finished it while relaxing (and digesting) after the big celebration.
Started out as an excuse to draw some dramatic poses, and it turned into Ariel after the Little Mermaid soundtrack got stuck in my head. Also kept to the "usual" mermaid design, none of the gills and additional fins that my own mermaids tend to have.
