Tsumugi Kotobuki, from K-On!, known as Mugi-chan to her friends! Ready to serve with her new Chibi Ironside teapot!

I was inspired by the illustration work of Adam Hughes, one of my favorite artists, and did a number of marker shaded illustrations of my own a few years ago. However, I didn't feel very confident with the results, though there were a couple of good ones here and there. The most popular one was probably my Ahsoka Tano piece that I posted when I first joined dA.

Feeling the need to give the markers another go, I dusted them off (quite literally) and got to work on this sketch. From pencils, to inks, and markers, it probably took me about 5-6 hours?
