How hard did you find it working with the EVA foam? How comfortable was it to wear?

Except for having to have perfect cuts the first time and needing a rotary tool to do any kind of sanding or carving, very easy. Only mold I needed was for boobies, which considering it's full body armor I found amazing. I used heat gun to heat it n hand shaped it. Used hot glue for everything which I was surprised. Not messy at all which is a big plus bc u do very little sanding. It is very light to wear didn't hurt at all but it got hot, basically insulation but everything else not bad. It is not sealed w anything just has primer and vinyl paint, made both armors in about 3 weeks construction time, couple more for patterns, im slow w patterns. So very house friendly and not a lot of equipment required, actually made then at home cuz shop was taken over by rifle construction lol

That's not bad, actually. I'm doing Aquarius Degel for next year's convention, if I can manage it, so yay for full body armor. I wish I had a shop! Maybe one day...
