The armor is made out of EVA foam, the tile mat ones, really easy material to work with

Well the car just received it's newly rebuilt race spec motor and it's leaving California for Idaho at the end of November. If you're ever out in SoCal, the car should be doing at least one photoshoot for a tuner car magazine and all kinds of shows before it leaves CA.
