I've been osessed with the idea of a Willys woody gasser for a few years. Mainly because I've never seen one. I've found a couple lo-rider woodys while googling, crouching among the stockers. But all the Willys gassers seem to be either coupes or pickups. There are even a few four door sedans that have been gassered (yeah, that's a word now). Hot Wheels apparently has a '41 Ford woody gasser somewhere in its line up. But I can find no Willys woody gassers. Has it never been done? Just for the wackiness? I know it's not the most practical choice for a nimble ten second racer, but that's part of what makes it an awesome idea. No one will be looking at the other car.

Some of you may notice that's a 1940 wood body mated to 1941 sheetmetal. These are rare cars, and sometimes one must make do with what one can find. Just don't ask where or how she "found" the pieces of her timbered thunderbolt. Let's just say she didn't use ebay.
