sorry to say that but I like the bottom a whole lot more than the top. Orz. It seems to even got more detail to it

Heh. When I saw it from above, I went, "Aww, it's great, but why did he have to add a bridge?!" but now I see it's fairly omnidirectional. Very refreshing, it strikes a balance between naval characteristics and something you'd plausibly expect to see in space. I can't really think of many spaceship designs on DA, with the exception of Ergrassa's ships and a few others, that consciously avoid the pitfalls of typical spaceship design - windows, exposed bridges, horizontal layout, clear upper deck, maneuvering fins... I'm not sure where that trope comes from, maybe Uchuu Senkan Yamato, but it irks me; it's as if people designed airplanes to evoke car-like aesthetics.
