Description
A little step by step of my most favourited deviation.I say and I repeat : this ring is not my invention, it's the "Tetra Ring", by BVLGARI, and it's given as a school exercise.
Have fun, trying this ! (It's quite difficult...)

Hello, so I've decided to try and make one myself(with my friend's help) as you said they aren't for sale right now. He wants to know how you got the rings and how you smelted (?) them together. Thank you!

This one is made of brass and nickel silver. I recommand brass soldering.
First I made three rings from a 3mm diameter wire. I made it at the exact finger size I needed, because it can't be changed later.
I used a file and sandpaper to flatten the rings.
The it becomes pretty difficult. You have to divide each ring into twelve exactly equal parts : six for piercing, three for sawing and three for empty spaces. One "sawing" division should be on the soldering
Once it's done, mark one ring as up, one as middle and one as low. Pierce "middle", then glue "low" to it (you have to make the 12 divisions correspond), and pierce it through the first holes. Separate the rings and repeat the operation for "up". I pierced with a 1,2mm diameter drill.
Now you can saw the rings, and then, with a file, make a ~2mm space that will allow them to move. The red paste helped me to remind where belonged each part, because, as it is handmade, if you mix them, it might not fit very well.
Then you have to make siw wires. Here, I used nickel silver because it's a very hard metal. Then I did the soldering work. The hard part is to only melt the soldering into the up and low rings, without letting it reach the middle one.
Then it's almost done. Flatten the wires with a file, and use sandpaper to do the finitions.
I hope my english was... understandable.

It's brass, and nickel silver for the little wire.
On the first picture, it's another one, with two nickel silver rings.
