It's finished! x____x... and me too, actually. :'D
It took six hours to draw it, even if it didn't turn out the way I wished it did. v.v
Well, it's my first finished artwork, so please leave some feedback if it's not to much to ask.
o Of course I appreciate (actually I ask you for it Q.Q) critique, so don't be shy. :'D

Asfgh this is great owo I love your style of drawing eyes. And the way you drew the shape of the face and the hair is awesome too~~
The only things I see is the (contract) eye is a bit to red ( it should be a bit pinker), but that isn't very important.
If you're going for a chibi-cute style, the proportions are ok, but otherwise, the shoulder look a bit small and the ear are small and too high up. (They should be at the same level as the eyes)
The shading could be better, but if you look at a few tutorials, it really helps.
Overall, good job!

Oh, I guess the eye should be corrected then. :ss *perfectionist* But it stays at DeviantArt the way it is.
Um, he isn't a chibi... actually. :ss I'll have it in mind for the next time.
Actually he looks down a bit, so the ears should be there... o:
